Privacy Policy

When you request a free audit, we collect what you type into the form: your business name, your email address, and, if you choose to share it, your phone number. We also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from a link with tracking tags, which campaign brought you here.

We use your contact details to send you the audit you asked for and to answer questions about it. If you become a customer, we use them to run your service. We keep our promise from the form: we'll email you your audit and nothing else unless you ask for more.

We set one small cookie (called bh_attrib) that remembers how you first found us, for up to 30 days. If we have analytics enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate: which pages get read, which buttons get clicked. None of this identifies you by name.

We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send spam, and every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link.

Only the service providers we need to operate: the companies that host this website, store our data, and deliver our email. They process your information on our instructions and nothing more.

Audit requests are kept while we might reasonably work together, and deleted when you ask. Customer records are kept for as long as you're a customer, plus whatever bookkeeping law requires.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will handle it. You can also clear the bh_attrib cookie in your browser at any time.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Questions about your data? Email us through the address in your audit email and a real person will reply.
